The technical condition revealed the following. Of the shortcomings that I saw right away — a dead steering rack (with a hydraulic fluid without fluid), a collapsed exhaust system, a crumpled right fender and a corner of the hood, rotten sills. Of the pluses – a living body (with the exception of the thresholds, a cheerfully rattling diesel engine (it started even without a non-working preheater at a temperature of about 10 degrees outside). Later, when driving home (about 40 km), it turned out that only fuel level sensors work on the tidy and engine temperature, steering play is about the same as on the old MAZ and the sound during acceleration can leave the same MAZ far out of competition. At the same time, I liked that the machine keeps the road smoothly, is able to accelerate to 130 km / h and keeps this speed without stress, soot and smoke (according to the spouse’s Toyota speedometer). The brakes are tight after the e34, but you can ride. As a result, without incident, we reached the house and parked.
